It's normal dnt worry too much I'm barley starting to gain weight n I'm already 17weeks jst as long as u continue to take Ur prenatal pills bt also eat lil things mayb lik a cup of noodles during this time of year
Hi I'm 8 weeks along and I'm the same way. You don't have to increase your calorie intake at the moment but your baby needs necessary nutrients. Are you taking prenatals? If not you need to schedule your appt soon. Eat small portioned meals to start with. Lots of veggies and fruits,yogurt is great,crackers with peanut butter, etc. Eating may feel like a chore ( it did to me) but your baby needs it.you don't have to eat heavy meals at night but make sure you have your meats cooked through.Quality is better than Quantity at this time. Your doctor will let you know what's good to eat in your first trimester too! Hope this helps.
Some women actually loose weight early one. As long as your not starving yourself, I'm sure you're fine! Don't worry too much bc most women gain the most weight In the third trimester. :-)
