worried at 6 wks

My symptoms seem to come and go, last week i was experiencing lower back pain, some sickness tiredness and sore breasts and bloating. Now i dont feel anything at all apart from stomach cramps lastnite. I am only 6wks and have already told everyone. I have no bleeding or spotting. Im scared ive lost my baby. Has anyone else had this? Could it be a missed misscariage? So worried and i dont get a scan for another 6 wks

I had a missed miscarriage in october 2011 and had no idea anything was wrong. A missed miscarriage has no bleedin or pain etc. yet a miscarriage has alot of pain and bleedin. Tht makes me feel better in away cos i dnt think im miscarryin as am not in pain or havin alot of bleedin. av just been.sick again so still have my pregnancy symptoms whick stopped when i had the missed

I had early scans with my 1st child cos of pain not all spotting and bleeding is bad

Dont you have to be bleeding or spotting to get an early scan? My first pregnancy i may just b paranoid but isnt it a good sign that im not bleeding or spotting? I read all these different things on the internet about missed misscarage etc, and it just makes u scared

I'm having the same thing happen to me no pain tho still get morning sickness I'm the morning I'm only 5 weeks & 4 days having brown discharge my next scan isn't till Monday but having blood tests to check hcg levels every 2 days it's still going up normally but it's just to early to know exactly wars going on :(

Im 6weeks and worried aswel! I had mornin sickness for the first time sunday mornin but nothin since.. ive started a brownish spottin tho.. phoned the hospital and they said it sounds normal but to put my mind at rest i can have a scan tomoro. if ur worried phone ur doctor and get an early scan
