worst migraine ever

K im having the worst migraine I've ever had. Ive already taken two Tylenol. My question is can I take two more before the four hours is up? Im in a horrible amount of pain. Someone help me please. I just took them like twenty to thirty minutes ago

I had one last wk went to the hospital and all I was told two doses of tylenol extra stenght and benadryl a combination together I'm 38 wks along

It went away by the time my 9 month old woke me up at 7. But ill be keeping an eye on them thats for sure, I already have another one forming and its 3pm now

Putting your self in a really dark room and a cold wash cloth over your eyes helps a lot

Put a heating pad under your head at the top of your neck and base of head. It helps the blood flow. I suffered migraines before being pregnant too and this is all that helps me.

Get your blood pressure checked as it may be that you have high blood pressure, it causes severe migraines and it would be better for your doctor to know, try having something small to eat and drink and get some sleep

Sounds silly put put hot facecloth on back of your neck or if it's a pulsating migrane get 2 ice cubes and rub your temples with them cooling blood flow that passes through there will ease pain

My daughters exer saucer is in the tub soaking. And I have no peppermint oil. Im in so much pain.

You have to wait atleast 21/2 hours before taking to more to much at one time will make your headache worse. Take a warm bath or put as on your head helps alot. Also peppermint oil on your forehead helps
