You CAN lose weight and still have a healthy child (I lost 25 pounds due to extreme nausea/vomiting and my daughter is 110% healthy) but intentionally trying to lose weight is highly recommended against. I know pregnant women can do Yoga, but I believe it's a certain kind. Make sure the one you have is for pregnant women. Just make sure you're eating properly (and do NOT starve yourself) and keeping hydrated.
