12 weeks and still going strong, but still cant keep anything down....PLEASE HELP!!!

For the past week or a little longer, my morning sickness has changed from being in the morning, to being at bedtime. It never fails, I am laying down in bed, and just get somewhat comfortable, and I literally have to jump up and run to the bathroom, barely making it in time. I don't know what I am doing wrong, or if there is something I need to be doing differently in my pre-bed time routine. It's getting to the point that I am not even wanting to eat dinner or drink anything after a certain time due to this. I have stopped drinking all types of soda, and have been drinking different kinds of juice and lots of ice water (I'm trying different things to stop this constant heartburn I have, the only thing so far that doesn't give me heartburn is Apple Juice). This last week, I have ate dinner between 6p-7p, but I still get sick. Anyone have any suggestions? I just want to eat for me and the baby....

I had really bad all day sickness with my last one and bad heartburn acid reflux with last one anf this one. What helped a little with me is eating small meals all day with snacks. Also try not to lay down right after you eat have crackers by u r bed incase u start to feel nauseated they mightb help before u have to throw up. Also high protein foods help to. See if that helps also for the heart burn and acid milk helped me with that. Try it see if it helps.

Try taking vitamin b and unisom as a combo. Another option is trying some ginger to see if that helps. If those don't work talk to your doc. I had to go on zofran for my 'morning' sickness. Mine lasted all day.
