29 weeks with bad heart burn

Is there anything to calm it down or to stop it

I would say watch what you eat. No citrus, tomatoes, greasy, sugary, garlic or onions. I would take tums because I still need it even avoiding those foods, but that's the only way I can get heartburn to be mild enough for tums to work. Ask your Dr before taking anything except what they have approved for you.

I take tums.  Instant relief with the added calcium.

I'm 28 weeks and I had the same problem. I started taking Prilosec OTC and after about a day my heart burn went away completely.

Try laying on your left side for some relief.

Zantac works good and is safe to take.
