Call your doctor. I hope it's nothing bad but better to be safe than sorry. My friend was losing fluid at 20 weeks and had to be put on bed rest at 24 weeks because she went into labor several times. They were all successfully stopped..

It's still better to go in and get checked out by a doctor just in case something is wrong. I had to go in at 32 wks because I was having painful contractions (I'm now currently 37 wks) and it turned out I had uterine irritation. A friend of mine was just hospitalized having early contractions (34 weeks). I'd rather be told it's something minor and be sent home after being checked out than risk baby's or my health and safety.

Instead of going to the er, you can do the less extreme thing of checking in with your doctor.  Give them a call. Most likely Braxton hicks. I've never heard of someone having contractions every 10 min for a month. But intermittent bh contractions is not unusual. Your doctor is your best guide.

I'm at 30 day too and was actually having  contraction at my apt today. Dr said until I'm 6-7 min apart, my water breaks OR baby misses a kick-count I 'get' to stay home.

Not to make you miserable but....I had strong contractions (made me catch my breath) ever 10min for over a month with my first. They would ease up and slow down at night though when I hydrated up really good and laid down.
