30 more day and my body feels like it's giving up on me.

I've decided to stop working after this week. I can't walk properly,I'm running back and forth to the bathroom, my back hurts and I'm extremely tired all the time. How are you ladies doing? When do you plan to stop working?

I'm from New York, there are no rules that I'm aware of. I'm allowed to work as long as I can manage.

Where are you from? Aren't there any rules for pregnant women? I'm from Holland. With us you have 16 weeks maternity leave. You can stop working 6 weeks before delivery but it's mandatory to stop working 4 weeks before your due date. If you stop working 4 weeks before you have 12 weeks left after birth.
I can't imagine working till due date. Sounds horrible. I'm so tired now. All I want is to wash baby clothes, sleep and think of my baby :)

I'm going to rap up all my paperwork for the job by know and early next week then I'm out. It's funny how my staff always stop around 7or 8 months of pregnancy.  I always thought they could have worked longer.  Point is until you experience being pregnant you really don't fully understand.

Yea it's easy in the beginning but rhetoric further along you are the harder it can get. But just think of the reward you get out of it. My opinion I think you should have your doctor take you out of work so that you can rest. It's worth it and your going good to need every once of energy for when you give birth

My biggest problem is that I take the train to work, it takes me about 1hour and 30 minutes to get there. By the time I get there I'm already tired. And my back is also messed up from that long journey. Then I have to rush to the r bathroom, but I can't even move fast because I have pain down there. I can't do it no more. I never imagined that pregnancy was so hard.

I'm a ftm and I worked up until I was 36 weeks. My body couldn't handle it anymore. I had severe back pain and my feet would sometimes be swollen over 24 hours straight. Now I'm on bed rest. It all depends on how your body handles pregnancy.

I'm due April 16th. When is your due date? I have been out of work since January due to some medical issues. At this point in my pregnancy I'm not sure how I would be able to work. I am pregnant with my third baby and I'm currently on bed rest. I have been in a lot of pain and discomfort and I have been extremely tired. I give a lot of credit to those of you who are still working. Pregnancy is so hard on our bodies. Good luck to you all.

Hi, I will be 34 weeks tomorrow. I still have to work this week and next week. It is getting harder now but I am now taking it slow and finishing up my work. So it is getting better. But I totally get your desire to stop working. So if you can, why not?
