6 weeks and terrified to eat!

I'm 6 weeks along with my first and scared to eat because i feel like I won't give my baby the right nutrition it needs to develop into a healthy baby. I'm so scared of loosing bub especially because I'm before the 12 week "safe" point. Can anyone help calm my nerves?

Please eat but eat healthy. I cut out fast foods and fried foods.

You have to eat. See if your doctors office has a list of foods to eat and not eat.
ALWAYS eat continuously in small portions instead of BIG meals a few times a day.
Eat anything you want. Just eat sugar in moderation. Fruits and veggies are important. Always fully cook eggs[yoke and all] Stay away from caffeine[[chocolate, soda, coffee]], always cook deli meats and stay away from highly processed meat. Try sticking to lean meats like fish, poultry. Some fish should be avoided because of mercury. Just google that.

You need to eat! Don't worry about what you eat, as long as you take your vitamins the baby will get the nutrients it needs from you. Try to eat healthy, but eat what you can keep down if you're sick. Good luck!
