Acid reflux

My acid reflux has been out of control since I hit 25weeks. They say don't lay down after eating, but I'm on bed rest. If I don't lay down I cramp or hurt. Does Tums help? I hate taking meds.

I agree with ironheadmomma, I take zantac before I eat to help me not get it in the first place and it helps. If I forget to take it I get acid reflux soooo bad. Even cheese toast gives me acid reflux. Good luck.

I'm the same.. Its like I can feel smoke coming out of my ears!!!
Cold milk gives me relief for a bit, it's enough to fall asleep but it comes back!
Also try keeping head elevated while sleeping on the left side,I have noticed when I change sides to right it comes back but the left side it remains in control.
yogurt with dinner helped a tiny bit too and lastly peppermint chewing gum!  Feel better!
Hope I helped!

Try eating Fresh Grapefruit. It works wonders on relieving Acid reflux and heartburn. It turns your stomach acid into Alkaline and helps rid your body of excess water retention. I eat one every day.
