I'm 30 weeks and have had HORRIBLE acne through my entire pregnancy, is this common?

I was the opposite. I had terrible skin pre pregnancy... Now I have "clear" skin. But I occasionally get the crazy patch of zit farms that flare up. Gotta love it!

Yup mine got soooo bad. I've been rubbing apple cider vinegar on my face every night then just rjnsing it off after like 3 minutes it smells awful and kind of tingles the eyes but my acne has dropped like 50% and it was BAD so I'm feeling a little better

Maybe try tea tree soap if you can handle the smell

Ugh... me to my doc prescribed me so topical ointment and it seems to be working but not clearing it up completely but with make up I look flawless!

Yes it can be, it's a side effect of all the hormones that your body is producing. I had bad acne with my first pregnancy but this pregnancy I'm really lucky and have had none at all. Nothing much you can do about it except for acne face wash but it will go away after your pregnancy is over.
