Investigst calm birth or hypnobirthing. They will teach u why labour doesnt have to hurt, hear stories of other great births and teach u breathing and relaxation techniques to use. I did it and describe the birth of my 10 pound son as intense but not painful

I had my son natural and yes it was painful but it was worth it. I'm happy I got the chance to experience that. Women have being giving birth natural when there were no epidural in the past. You can try to go natural and if you can't handle the pain you can ask for a epidural.

And don't forget to ask your doctor first if it's safe for you to workout

It has to be painful but I will suggest you to workout, go on YouTube and do some exercise to open your pelvic.... But unless you want to go by epidural, you're going to feel the pain
