Anxiety

Need advice please!! I am 6 weeks along with my first child. I suffer from an anxiety disorder and because of the pregnancy I have had to stop taking my meds. I spent most of the day in bed with my heart beating out of my chest. I am going through withdrawals plus just normal anxiety. Any advice on how to calm down? Any and all advice is so greatly appreciated. I know this can't be good for my little one.

I am on zoloft and I take adivan as needed. Usually one or two pills every second day I was on saphris but was weened off

Really?? I definitely will get a second opinion. I knew this could not be good for baby. What do u take?

My Dr said completely different. The withdrawals are super hard on u and for baby. I would ask for another consult. Just to be safe or even ask if u can take a small dose of adivan as a prn.

I am being weened off Prozac. I was taken off xanax .05mg 4 times daily, cold turkey. The anxiety is something awful! My Dr. Feels no meds in first trimester and then go from there.

I suffer from an a city disorder too. May I ask what meds u were on and what dose? Did the drs ween u off? A lot of phsyc meds are safe to take now a days I would talk to your Dr and see if u can come up with a safe solution.  Healthy mom healthy baby. . .
