That is a typical anxiety symptom, and with hormones, it likely made you feel not so great. I know what its like to feel like you can't breathe ( i suffer from anxiety). You can also try some deep breathing when you start to feel like that.
I was feeling the same way I felt at that time, it got better now, my friend told me to drink the juice of a lemon and breathe into a bag and listen to music so that's what I did and I feel better now, but I was scared
Not really, that happened when I had my baby last year and I came home, for like 2 days I was crying and felt like I couldn't breath, so I've only felt like this twice now
