Anxiety

Anybody here feels like can't breath? I'm feeling like that right now, I've been crying here, with anxiety, thinking that if I have this baby, I might die, I'm happy I'm pregnant and everything is going good, and I got a cerclage schedule for 2 weeks, but I don't wanna have this baby, I don't know why, I need help

You're sounding anxious, and emotionally distraught.  Is there anyone who could visit you or you could visit them or call, to chat with?

Thank u for.the tip, this is new for me, I keep thinking about everything I want through last year, and now I realized that I'm doing it again and is not easy for me, don't get me worng, I'm so happy I'm having this baby, but I'm having my doubts now, is not like I can do anything cause I won't, but still

That is a typical anxiety symptom, and with hormones, it likely made you feel not so great. I know what its like to feel like you can't breathe ( i suffer from anxiety). You can also try some deep breathing when you start to feel like that.

I was feeling the same way I felt at that time, it got better now, my friend told me to drink the juice of a lemon and breathe into a bag and listen to music so that's what I did and I feel better now, but I was scared

Not really, that happened when I had my baby last year and I came home, for like 2 days I was crying and felt like I couldn't breath, so I've only felt like this twice now
