I take Garden of Life Raw,organic food based iron
it is gentle on stomach, non constipating and has important Co nutrients included for better absorbtion. It has never made me sick!
There is a big difference between lab created minerals and food based minerals! Do some research.
Best regards.

Im on 1200mg of iron a day taken by 3 tablets 3times a day… best thing i was told to do was drink a glass of pure orange juice with it and not water… it helps your body obsorb it quicker

I was taking an iron tablet and had to stop. It made me puke non stop and was the nastiest taste ever. My doctor agreed it would do no good if I literally throw everything up because of it.
