Baby laying on nerve?

Has anyone experienced numbness or sharp pains and tingling only on one side of there body? Like from the butt cheek down to the thigh? At any given time of the day? Or even while sleeping and awaking with the side you're sleeping on numb? If so, what has your Dr told you about it? And what can ease it? I always forget to ask my Dr. And I'm 33 weeks, by the way

OK that's good info to know. Ugh! I hate it! And allergies have been making it worse for me because every time I cough or sneeze the pain sharpens! HATE IT! Thanks ladies. I'm going to look up some exercises on YouTube

I had that with my son. I found some YouTube videos for stretches to help with sciatica that helped me. My doctor at the time just told me to take Tylenol.
