Baby moving during contractions

I'm 39 weeks today and started having very strong Braxton hicks last night.y baby moves during them though, like major movement  and that makes hem worse...
When I sit/lay and try to relax then she start ding  bug movements as soon as my Braxton hicks slow and they pick right back up.

Wondering if any second or more time moms have some advice, is this early labor im having them a joy every 8-10min even more frequent if I try and walk even to the bathroom.

I never had contractions without picton with my first and never had Braxton hicks this strong before with my first either. Just want to make sure we don't start moving towards L&D  too late.
