Bartholin cyst abscess

I am 9 weeks pregnant and after being up all night trying to research my problem, I am fairly certain that I have a bartholin cyst that is infected. I have been doing warm compresses and using tea tree oil but it isn't rupturing or going away. It has stopped getting bigger but I feel like I may have a fever now. It is Saturday afternoon and my Dr is closed until Monday. I also already have an appointment scheduled Monday morning. My question is, is it harmful to my baby to wait until then or should I take a trip to the ER?  I am pretty sure it's infected but I really don't want to go to the hospital unless necessary. Can anyone relate? Help!

I have had those, very painful. U will either need antibiotics or it lanced depending on the severity of the infection. The longer untreated the more likely to need it lanced, which is very very painful. Weigh your options and do what u think is best. Good luck

You should go to er to get this treated, especially since it's so close to the baby.
