Belly button piercing

I've had my belly button pierced for 7 years, I bought a flexible ring & switched it out today. I didn't cut the ring because I don't know how big I'll get...I'm 6 months now. A friend told me her ring tore so I'm paranoid now. Anything I should look out for or do so it doesn't tear?

I had 3 kids and never took it out. Stayed in, didn't stretch or rip. Mind you I am 85lbs with a flat stomach before all 3 pregnancy's and the heaviest I got was 116 and absolutly no stretch marks so not sure if that had anything to do with it.

I took it out last pregnancy because I was going to have it close but it didn't so I put it back in a few months after I had my daughter. I'm hoping it's okay this time :/

So far it's been fine, it's a little pushed out but it doesn't hurt and it's not red.

I did the same but it was too stretched by the end of my pregnancy that there was no going back to have a pretty belly button ring in there again I used tons of moisturizer and everything and it didn't look bad until I was like 36weeks then I was like crap this *****
