Belly button piercings

Hi ladies,

I've just had to take my belly button piercing out now at 29 weeks cos it's now red :-( I'm now worried incase it closes up.

I've had it pierced from about 16 or 18 year old & always wore a stud in it.

I'm not sure whether to get a pregnancy stud cos a) they look longer & I don't need a longer one & b) I don't want it to stay red or get worse.

Can belly piercings close up if left out? With my expandung tummy, the hole is consequently smaller but I don't know if that will cause it to close altogether?

I'm 32 now, so a loooong time lol. I've just put it back in today as the redness was settling, but thankfully it went in as easily as it would normally. Phew! ;-) I think it should be ok. Thanks MrsJay! :-D

I'm 26 got my piecing when I was 13 (my mom took me) haven't wore it since I was 21 or so but the hole is still open so yours shouldn't close depending on how long you've had it
