Blocked Urethra Feeling

I'll be 34 weeks tomorrow. I've been having some various odd feelings down below, mostly owing to little man kicking everywhere.
I recently started feeling like my urethra is blocked AFTER I pee. I can pee just fine, I don't have to push or anything, but after I stop it feels like I need to push really hard, like I've been holding it all day and can't get it out. This feeling can last for just a few minutes or over an hour.
Does anyone else get this? I'm not concerned about a UTI because I cleared one up a few months ago.

Thanks, I will. I'm not much of a water drinker, if anything I'm guilty of mainly drinking soda and chocolate milk or other sweet things.
I'm currently trying to up my intake of black tea. Even though I tend to add a small pile of sugar, I'm hoping it will "count" as water lol

I get that sometimes and my doctor said it was a sign I wasn't drinking enough water.  Maybe try more water.
