Blood test results HSV1-IgG positive and HSV2-IgM positive

My elder sister is 13 weeks pregnant, had recent blood work done overseas.
HSV1--IgM   Negative
HSV1--IgG   Positive
HSV2--IgM   Positive
HSV2--IgG   Negative

The doctor there was very concerned and so is she, however she has no oral or genital signs/symptoms of HSV prior or during the pregnancy. Kindly advise. Your input is greatly appreciated. Should I adviser her to have the blood work done again to verify the accuracy?

Thanks.
