Blurred vision

Hi! I'm 26 weeks pregnant. I've never had any problem with my eye sight. I don't have glasses. Dice last two days I'm having difficulty reading and focusing. The words seem a little blur which makes it hard for me to focus. Is this related to pregnancy or do I need to go for an eye exam?
P.S: called up my ob-gyn's office.. The nurse said it's not related to pregnancy :( what to do I'm so confused

It could be your blood sugars. See if you could have a glucose test done.

Get it checked it could be a sign of preeclampsia.
I spent Sunday in the ER because I lost half my eyesight. It was like I couldn't see anything on the right hand side. I thought I was gettig a migraine but it never came :/
I would call back the doctor and say youre concerned about it.
If you have high blood pressure or swelling they will want to see you asap

I have been told not to get eye exams bc you eye sight isn't the same with pregnancy.  Have you felt fatigued at all, may be related to that. I would try to up water consumption and see if that helps.
