Braxton hicks contractions

Okay ladies  I've been having contractions anywhere for every 4 to 6 days  and  I'm currently  having  them and this one hurts really bad  it feels like someone threw  me down and beat me up and it's not going away no matter what I do idk what to do supposed to go doctor tomorrow  but I'm freaked out please  help

Dr said I was having contractions but they were Braxton hicks they did a fetal monitor  the pain was  in my abdomen  my stomach  got  hard  for  couple hours  and  and stayed that way just abdomen bout all day    but everything is okay now

I haven't heard contractions being described as that. U think it might be something else that is causing u that pain? Contractions usually are bad back pains then it spreads to ur entire abdomen. And they come and go. Put it doesn't feel like someone is beating u up. Can u give a better description of the pain.

Drink a glass of cold water lay on ur left side and time contractions for an hr if they go away it's false labour if continue then go to hospital..Def tell ur dr tomorrow if it's false and tell them ur concerns

I would go to er if they won't go away. It sounds like actual contractions

I'm only 6 months. But have had alot of complications since found out I was pregnant and just scary the  contractions are not at ease or going away with this one
