Who is and who's not going to do it? I want to hear why you choose to do so :)

I have nursed my last 3 and it was great.  I couldn't with my first and regretted it even though he was healthy and happy.  I was just really disappointed to miss that experience with him.  It can be hard at first but it is totally worth it.  I love the convenience, saving money, and having that bond with baby.  My last two never even took a bottle.

I'll bf. It's the natural way, free, convenient, helps weight loss, good to bond and good for baby.

Breastfeeding is really hard, speaking from experience.  My son gets really fussy, because of the milk not coming out fast enough. He was in nicu since he came out of me for two weeks due to hole in lung (which cleared up) and seizures.

Anyways, so I would pump milk, so he was so use to bottles.

It is hard, but its the best :)

I breast fed my first for 15 months and will bf this one for a year give or take.

I chose because its natural and has many many benefits health wise and the bonding was amazing plus you save alot of money and i enjoyed not having to get bottles ready or clean them just milk on the go all the time

I plan to breast feed again with this baby. I am actually still breast feeding my 18 month old baby. I bottle feed my first because hospital feed her before I got a chance and she would not latch after that. I did however breast feed 4 babies. It's great and a lot easier than a bottle.

I plan to breastfeed at least 6 months. Breast milk contains natural antibodies that help protect the baby from infection while he builds his own immune system. Studies have shown breastfeeding is linked to all kinds of great things from less allergies, fewer infections, and higher IQ. Plus it burns tons of calories to help you get back to pre pregnancy weight!

I  gonna breastfeed til I go back to work. I'll start whiming him off like a week or so before I go back to work
Cuz i heard it's so hard to work and breastfeed. Cuz u have to pump every so many hrs. At work that's gonna be so hard. As I work for the usps and at times we are so busy. And so short with help.  It will be hard to get away. And I'll be suffering with painful boobs til I get a break

I'm going to try but I'm not going to beat myself up if I can't. I plan to breastfeed at home and express and bottle feed out in public or have a bottle ready for when my husband comes home because I think it'd be so special for him to bond that way with his son. But if I have trouble or don't produce milk or whatever I'm not going to be upset about formula as long as my baby is eating and healthy I don't see a problem.

With my first one she didn't want to latch we tried everything. She was even picky with the bottles. So I just pumped alternate with formula after awhile I dried out. With my second one I hope to breastfeed no bottles this time. But if not I can do the same thing I did with my first one. Whatever works. I want to breastfeed because it's cheaper and you don't have to clean bottles or worry about formula.

I nursed my son for two years and hated when I had to stop but I got really sick and needed to take meds that weren't safe for him, by the time I was better my milk had dried up. I am very much looking forward to nursing another baby.
It is healthier for baby and for mom. It helps moms get more sleep. It helps baby's brain develop and decreases stress and anxiety. It is convenient - always in the right package at the right temperature. It is basically free - which leaves more room in the budget for fun stuff!!
It takes work. I had a very hard time in the beginning - bad latch, engorgement, baby losing weight, even my pediatrician said I'd have to supplement. My lactation consultant was amazing and helped me through it all. I wouldn't have made it if I hadn't sought support and a second opinion. After that there was soreness and discomfort and a fast flow and I just had to keep readjusting my view of what it was supposed to be like, keep an open mind, and learn from those who had been there. It was all worth it. Six weeks in I was feeling great and baby was gaining weight like crazy. Ten weeks in I was confident enough to NIP without a cover. Eight months in all my mommy friends had weaned their babies and after 18 months even my mom (who nursed all three of her own) was telling me maybe it was time to cool it. But my amazing husband stood by me and supported our journey and was my best source of comfort when I went through a depressive period after weaning at 24 months. I would not give back a single day and am so thankful that in six short months I'll get to do it all over again!

With my first he couldn't latch, they used what looked like a binki to help and it worked great, if you really want to go for it. I made it work and after a few weeks it was great, did it six months. I'm going to try to do it again it's definitely the best for baby but not the only option.

I will. I love the bonding and the ease of nursing. With my first I couldn't nurse because my twins were premature and aren't strong enough but I pumped for them as long as I could. With my next baby I nursed and it was great. We really bonded, if you can get through the first month then it is cake. I have health issues and on some meds but I just make sure it is ok with the pediatrician and if need be I change meds. I feel tons better when I nurse. Excited to bond with this baby.  :-)

I'm not, because of health issues, I really don't want to anyway. Formula is just as good, especially if it has omega & DHA.

I plan on breastfeeding because of all the benefits that breast milk provides for baby. Plus it will save my husband and I a ton of money.

I plan to breastfeed because that is the healthiest nutrition my baby can receive.

I'm gonna try to do fully breastfeeding all the way till maybe at least 6 months or more. My first I couldn't bf bc he wouldn't take the breast at all, but I still pumped till I went dry. My other two I did bf and formula just bc I had to return to work and just didn't wanna struggle. That went great. With this one I won't be returning to work anytime soon and I just feel like its the best to so I hope it goes well.

I will do it because there are health benefits that can't be replicated in a lab and save money while I'm at it. I hope I have a lot of milk, so that I can even pump and have my husband bond with our baby while feeding him.

I wont be. I was very sick when I had my first and after 4wks of persevering and beating myself up over breastfeeding my baby was underweight. I now realise its now how you feed that matters but whether baby is thriving. Facing the same complications this pregnancy I'm just going to go straight to formula feeding because in my situation that is what is best for me and my baby.

I am going to try. I didn't with my son because I was uncomfortable with the idea (I was 16) but ended up with an infection and wouldn't have been able to anyway. With this one I want to try. I'm older (31) and more open to it now. I've just heard all the benefits for both momma and baby, plus saves money on formula!
