Brown discharge

I am 6 weeks and this morning had a brown jelly like discharge. I Googled it and found everything from it's normal to miscarriage. My first appt is not until 9/18 at 9 weeks. I am really worried because I had a miscarriage at 8 weeks in April. Anyone else have this symptom? What was the outcome?

I had the same kind of discharge around 6weeks, my doctor sent me for an ultrasound and everything was normal. My doctor said for some women its totally normal and it could be a bit of implantation blood. I would see your doctor soon just to put your mind at ease.

Thanks for the responses. I haven't had any more issues other than this morning. So I am hoping it is normal. I haven't had any cramping so I will try to wait it out. I have been super thirsty lately so I keep a bottle of water with me so I think I am drinking enough but I will pau closer attention to how much. The next 3 weeks are going to take forever!

I can relate to u as I went through the same thing. I had 2 mosscarriages last year. I went to the ER where they did an ultrasound... Also gave me rohgam because I'm O Negative blood type. If you're nervous go to ER because you will drive yourself crazy waiting. Cramping and heavy bleeding is when to really worry, but save yourself the stress... Giving u the advice since I have been through it. I'm now 15 weeks 2 days and everything is fine with this pregnancy and the ultrasound in the ER put my mind as ease. Good luck and keep me posted. :-)

If you are that worried try the emergency room in your town. They will be able to assist you temporary until your appointment. Usually discharge is normal but if you feel uneasy definitely check that out. Another thing, try drinking more water that will flush out your system and maybe this will help.
