Butt pain when walking?
Has anyone delt with butt pain when they are walking? If so how did you find relief? Ive started walking and towards the end if my walk i get sharp pain on my left cheek. Any advise would be great.

Yes i get it too. Usually only if I've over done it. Massage it really hard with the heel of your hand. Sounds strange but pretty much punch into the muscle with that part of your hand. Or get your partner to massage it. I find it helps.
I have the same issue n my back hurts like if its gonna rip apart!!
