bh is like a tightening. real contractions are like strong squeezes in your tummy. and gets more intense over time. you can take a warm shower to ease off false labour
I think it's that feeling you get right before your period starts. Not painful just annoying and gross feeling cramps.
I was in a childbirth class today and she explained that you can have braxton contractions as early as 20 weeks while others do not have them at all what she recommend is drink lot of water she said they can be caused for dehydratation so if youbgot them she said to drinks lots of water and to laid down in your left side that should take them away if it does not you need to call your doctor as it can be something else
Not everyone gets them so you might never have them.. I didn't in my first pregnancy. This one I get them, it's just uncomfortable.. you will know
To me it feels like a ball of pressure expanding inside. If you put your hand where the pressure is you can feel a hard knot. Change your position to make them let up if you are sitting get up and walk around and vice versa
must often they are pretty painless but can be uncomfortable...basically you're belly gets hard sms then it lets uo. added stress and increased . activity can increase these
