Can I have a natural birth??

This is my 2nd pregnancy . With my son I had a c section about 2 and a 1/2 years ago. I'm curious if I caN have a natural birthing experience? I'm hoping so. Is anyone else experienced having a c section and natural birth?

Most doctors will let you try for a vbac depending on the reason you had a c-section the first time. If you're likely to have the same complications they'll probably recommend a repeat c section (that's what my doctor recommends for me). Many women are good candidates for vbac though.

(sorry pushed post a comment on accident) It was the best experience ever. Sometimes our doctors say things to make us think that's the only option but there are many people who have had c-sections then a vaginal birth afterwards.

Not sure of your situation but my friend had a C-section for her first child. Then for her 2nd he doc told her since she had one the first time she has to have another, she hated it but did it anyways. With her 3rd she went to a new doctor and had a natural birth. She loved it and said

Ask your doctor if you qualify for a vbac.
