Cold and a little fever

I am 13 weeks pregnant and its been two days already that i feel a little feverish and have cold. And i allergic rashes due from eating too much chicken and egg appear on my legs. Its it bad for the baby? Will it affect my pregnancy? I am getting paranoid with thinking and reading articles about it.

Try not to worry. Sorry you aren't feeling well. call your doctor. You can take certain products for cold. And most doctors okay Benadryl which could help with hives. But these things should not be dangerous to your baby. Call your doc and go from there. good luck
