Depression

I'm bipolar & have pretty bad anxiety. I'd been off meds for awhile & don't wanna be on them again until Kyri is born b/c of the side effects. It seems that pregnancy has made my depression much worse. Has this happened to anyone else & what do u do to make it better. Thanks.

You could try counseling if you don't want to do medication

With your hormonal changes depression can happen while pregnant.  I would suggest that find ways to relax you. Walks in the park, and being near water normally does it for me. Being around positive things and people should definitely help you as well. Im praying for you!
