Does severe acne help with gender prediction?

Hey, I've been having horrible acne for the past couple weeks or so and all of my friends/coworkers are predicting I'm going to have a girl. I'm only 14 weeks so I won't know for a little while, but I was wondering if any other current moms or moms to be have found this helpful in predicting what the sex of the baby is? I'm so curious! Plus I want to know what my little bean is so bad :).

It may be true. Im ,12weeks pregnant wit my second child now and Itthink it's a boy. Because I  haven't had any of the symptoms I had with my girl.Which was severe nausea and morning sickness. And acne horribly. I used to joke and say I had pizza face. it lasted up until I was about 5 months and then my face started to clear. but before that everyone was saying that it was a girl because of those symptoms and Lord and behold when I went and had my ultrasound at 16 weeks I did find out it was a girl. so it may be true you may be having a little girl.

You honestly can't tell the gender by the symptoms, my skin became much much better during pregnancy and I'm having a girl, those "predictions" are just tales...

I have always had clear skin. When I got pregnant with my son my skin was awful and broken out the entire peegnancy. Im now pregnant with a girl and my skin is like it was before I had kids just clear and super soft. I unfortunately dont think that acne is a sign either way

People were telling me that also bc I started breaking out. I want a girl so it would be nice. .. but I talked to one of my friends last night she has had 3 boys and bad acne while pregnant with all of them. I think it's just the hormones, I'm 14 weeks also : )

I never had a problem with acne until I got pregnant. My skin started clearing up around 15 weeks and I was told at 21 weeks that we most likely are having a girl (she wasn't cooperating and had her legs crossed). Hope the tech wasn't wrong!

My face has been destroyed this entire pregnancy. My best friend told me that girls take from your beauty which I thought was bogus until I was told I'm having one. I rarely ever get pimples and had gorgeous skin while preggo with my son. But who knows?:)
