Do's and Don'ts during pregnancy

I am 5 weeks pregnant. What good pregnancy literature can you suggest for do's and dont's. So far I only did my research on the Internet (what besides all of the good info has tons of misleading information as well).

My food list based on my research:

-yogurt ( the more the better )
-berries, raspberry is perfect if you have a cold
-cabbage is the winner (great for pregnant)
-beets are good but not right before going into labor

Questions:
- herbal tea, decaf tea are okay? Based on what my doctor told me camomile tea is suggested, however, based on information from the Internet herbal teas are questionable during pregnancy.
- fish? Yes/no? My doctor suggested 2-3 servings per week of the fish that is low in Mercury

What are your do's and Don'ts ?

Hi everyone. First time posting.
How long before a midwife gets in touch with me? I am 5 weeks and rang my GP but the receptiinist just dealt with it over the phone. Just took my name and LMP and said wait for midwife to get in touch.

My dos: plenty of fruit & vegetables especially bananas. Loads of protien like cooked eggs & chicken, lean red meat, 1 serve of fish a week. I drink loads of healthy yoghurt based smoothies. Fibre & water are the most important constipation is a pregnant womans worst nightmare. My don't: raw meat, runny eggs, liver, pate, shelfish & soft cheeses. Anything deep fried is so unhealthy so try to avoid.

Make sure you get enough iron, dark green vegetables and meat (fully cooked).
Don't change a litter box.

*Don't* take any kind of fish LIVER oil (or any liver products) because too much vit a is bad for the baby.  Just take regular fish oil.

Lots of kefir (as it has good probiotics), cooked liver in any ways (nice with pasta) and its not my favorite product but apparently one of the best things for the baby, take whole milk instead of skim, honey instead of sugar, lots of legumes (love chickpeas at the moment and can make a nice soup with some sauerkraut), lots of walks and rest.

Almost forgot Cod liver oil - apparently suuuuper heathy for the baby. And my hair became so nice as well. Not sure if that was the cause though.  And eggs - egg yolks apparently by the older women - they pray to it!

I stopped naturally drinking coffee.. Mostly my kefir and some sparkling water (my craving)

I limit caffefine, they say up to 200mg a day is ok, but I try to o ly have a cup of iced tea once or twice a week, if that. Mostly water or milk.  I cut out lunches in my 1st pregnancy but this time I've had, I just microwave it first to at least 165 degrees. I added fruits as well, it helped to keep any constipation from pregnancy away :) as far as seafood, I only had shrimp or crab, but honestly I don't care for fish anyway and I rarely eat it.
