FTM braxton hicks

Hi all! First time mom and 32 weeks along...I believe I have start having braxton hicks today so I've been trying to do a lot of stretching and drinking lots of water. My question is, are they pretty much here to stay for the next 8 weeks? I just want to be prepared and know to expect them :)
Thanks!

They most likely will continue. The Braxton Hicks are to get your body ready for labor.

Yeah safe to say Braxton hicks can start as soon as 19 weeks! Possibly even sooner!  They'll probably increase once you get closer and closer but they're pretty much preparing your body for the real thing :)
