Thank you for your advice. I was able to talk to my husband and feel somewhat relieved but still have some tough times. I plan on talking to my doctor at next appointment about it to. Hoping to try to get a little more exercise in too to help with stress relief... gonna try whatever I can to feel some how better about it all
I had that too with my first, defiantly talk to your husband and let him know even if it's 'I don't know what i need but I will let you know'
Also let your midwife/OB know, mine was able to suggest things to help me and when my husband came to apt they explained things to him
Hi. I know how you feel. I went through this with two of my pregnancies. I was also suicidal. Its pre partum depression. The hardest thing to do is to say out loud "im sad and i Don't know why". You should talk to your Husband about what you feel, just get it out however you can. If you want to be touched more tell him. I had to tell mine i needed to be touched from the moment he came home till when.we went to sleep and now we touch all the time. Your body is changing and so are your hormones. Talk to your dr about medication or if you don't want to do that talk about getting counseling, I'm telling you it works. But you have to take the first step and ask for help.
