Feeling too good

I am 18 weeks tomorrow and I started feeling a little too good that it scares me something might be wrong...I lost one of our twins at 7w6d so I am ultra paranoid something will happen with this baby. Yesterday I had some very mild cramping and my back has been aching for a few days now I haven't had any spotting *knock on wood*...is that normal or should I be worried?

Make sure you are drinking plenty of water! The cramping can be caused from being a little dehydrated.

I'm 30 weeks and have to remind myself when she's not moving that I'm pregnant. I feel fine and nothing has changed besides a little belly. If you're not spotting the don't worry about it! If you feel good baby is good too :)
