Feet are killing me very swollen feet

Im 38 weeks along, and my feet are extremely swollen.  Im aware that its normal to have swollen feet. But i feel as if mine are way to much.  Any ideas what to do to for tje swolleness?

What I did. Is soak my feet in Epson salt.. I think that's what it's called Lol. Basically bathsalt I hot water. As soon as I would get off work (standing for 8 hours) I would come home, soke my feet for 20 min then keep my feet up on my couch.  That helps a lot!!

Yes! Compression socks are the way to go. I started wearing them at like 20 weeks since I am on my feet all day. It really helps. Plus is you go to the gym, it helps when you have a heavy cardio day. Keeps things circulating.

If they are suddenly swollen or  suddenly staring to hurt I would call your dr. Everybody swells a little but my OB always wanted updates on sudden or major changes to mine.

Honey it can be normal but between normal ranges i guess....if yours are too bad you should get medical atention very fast cuz can be pre emclampsia and this could be very dangerous for you and your little angel...i dont wanna scares you just go doctor and check maybe is nothing so won't losse anything checking....sending you my best wishes and prayer...i would like to hear about you..
