Get Tubes Tied???

Has anyone considered getting their tubes tied?? I'm seriously thinking about having it done after this baby. This is my 5th time being pregnant and 2nd full term pregnancy. I'm obviously extremely fertile! I've been pregnant years 2006, 2010, 2011, 2012, and now 2013. And giving birth to this one in January of 2014. I don't want anymore kids after this. 2 is good enough for me. I'm tired of pregnancies every year! I originally wanted to get on birth control, but with me being SO dang fertile, I'm afraid it might not work. Does anyone have any positive OR negative  feedback on getting tubes tied? Is it 100% effective? Painful?

Im also considering getting this done, I'm pregnant with my 5th child due in Feb. I also have medicaid an you only have 3 weeks after you deliver to get the CS done. I know a few people that have had it done an they said you are in an out so fast with no pain, they goin through your belly button an very lil healing time. Hope this helped.

Medicaid will cover it but if you want it done the same day you deliver you have to let the doctor know because you have to sign the papers like 6 weeks before the procedure in case you change your mind

I'm also wondering if Medicaid covers this procedure? And can it be done immediately  after I have my baby? Possibly within the same couple days of having her?
