HOT DOGS!

Im craving a hot dog straight from the grill with ketchup, mustard, relish, and a small jalapeño on the side.... i havent had any since i got pg because i read they have all kinds of bacteria that's bad for the baby. Now we are having a bbq this weekend and thats one of the things my husband looks forward to making especially since I usually wrap them with bacon. Can I have at least one hot dog (no bacon) even if its a little burned?...please? Lol

as long as it is fully cooked and steaming you should be ok for just one hotdog..... and if you can do the all beef that is better too

Oh my goodness thank you so much! Lol so I can put bacon on it too? Lol...yea I read it when I was like a month pregos and it said not to eat that stuff but honestly its sooo good on the grill. I just didn't know if they meant that you couldn't eat it cold OR hot.

To my knowledge hot dogs are perfectly fine as long as they're cooked and/steaming hot!!  Happy eating!!! Lol

Yes you can eat hot dogs. So many of these food things are nonsense and out dated. Most store bought hot dogs are already fully cooked then packaged, so saying they are "full of bacteria" is nonsense. You'll be fine

If they are thoroughly cooked, which on the grill they definitely would be, it kills the bacteria that's harmful. So have 2 if u want. It's summer eat them up!

Technically they are only bad for you if they aren't fully heated and cooked. Can carry bacteria. Just make sure it is good and HOT!
