I'm a ftm & it sounds like your right on target. My pre pregnancy weight was 136lbs, my doctor predicted I would go up to 170 which terrified me because I use to work out but loss energy in the 1st trimester.I currently gained 19lbs so far & I'm 33wks + 3. Some of my favorite snacks include: wheat bread +peanut butter & banana or honey. Cucumber slices + light tuna( 6oz excellent source of omega 3). If you like fruits & vegetables, try mixing it up weekly . Pre packing my meals really helped  because it keeps you full while eating the right things. I also love milk so I tried to stick to a water & milk & limit juice intake, you only need 300 calories extra.

Bread is not the most healthy for you. I eat a lot of carrots, sugar snap peas and stuff like that.  I munch on fruit sometimes but I try to limit my amount since fruit is mainly just sugar.
