Hello with Itching

I'm in my first trimester and trying to avoid medication unless absolutely necessary.  I have allergies, though, and I'm constantly itchy.  It keeps me up at night and is terribly distracting throughout the day.  It's usually not localized either, just spots that itch and move as they please.  Does anyone have any miracle advice?

I'm 7 weeks two, luckily my allergies have gotten better, only need eye drops now.
Itching is the worst.
My instructions say to avoid benadryl in the first trimester. Apparently Zertyc is the safest drug to take while pregnant overall.
I used to get itchy scalp, I have to switch shampoo constantly.

I used to take it every day.  I need to call and find out if I can still take it because I am miserable.  Our sheets are clean, we use scent - free laundry products.  Even when I get out of the shower, I feel itchy again.  Hopefully I can take stuff, but I'm only 7w...  At least it's 5 more weeks of this max most likely...

Shower, no soaps - just use a wash cloth.
The itching is probably from allergies. You can also switch to a hypo-allergenic detergent and avoid drier sheets.
For other allergies - sinus rinse is great.
If you do take meds, I was told Zyrtec is completely safe. I was taking it the two weeks before I found out I was pregnant.
