Help with gas/bloating

I'm not even six weeks along but the gas and boating is so uncomfortable! I've also been constipated off and on the past week. Any suggestions? Is there anything I can take that is safe? Even my workout today was uncomfortable because of the bloating

That fiber one stuff you put in drinks works pretty well too. For the bloating I drink green tea with peppermint.

For constipation eat fiber rich foods. Kiwi fruit is high in fiber, bran is high in fiber... Sometimes I mix a little prune juice with some other juice (because I don't like the taste, and it doesn't take much for prune juice to work) and that works really well for me. I have constipation problems too right now (six weeks). Also try to avoid eating too much stuff that binds you up, like bananas and cheese.

For the constipation, drink LOTS of water. 8-12 glasses a day, also eat more foods with fiber in it, but definitely drink more water. It will help a lot.

With the constipation I was doing the same thing...u r going 2 have 2 drink plenty of water...I mean plenty of water...that made me start going...I also kept apple juice 2 bc I was so tired of water...The bloating I take rolaids/tums the assorted flavor bc the plain nasty...I'm now 34wks
