High HR/Irregular HB: no meds seem to be working so far. What worked for you?

Was diagnosed with atrial tachycardia (high heart rate/irregular heartbeat: jumps b/w 100-150 throughout day) about a month ago & cardio has tried a few different meds on me since (none of which are really working) Tried labetalol & metropolol so far & will have to graduate to antiarrhythmics next week if metropolol doesn't bring my heartrate down. Anyone else been on antiarrhythmics during their 3rd tri? Safe for baby? Have they worked for you? Worried that nothing is working to control it so far! :/
