Hot!

i know it's about winter but my husband doesn't understand how hot being 9 months pregnant is. I live in Atlanta and the high for today was almost 60 and he has the heater on ALL day. The temp in my house is now 76 degrees. Which to me, is too hot to sleep. I try to compromise but he just doesn't get it. It's like there's no pleasing. If I turn the heater on and it gets to about 72 he says he's hot. If the heat is not on and the thermostat says 76 (like now) he say he's cold. I seriously think it's in his head. It's extremely frustrated that I'm never comfy in my own home.

I'm really lucky that my boyfriend is hairy. Haha. But honestly it's just a temporary thing. You are carrying ask this extra weight. I wish you luck and hope he becomes more understanding.

Yea me and my bf were having the same issue. He wanted to put the heat on 75. Which is completely uncomfortable for me! I felt like i couldn't breathe the air would be so thick and hot in the house. I compromised for 70 degrees but anything higher id have a worse time trying to sleep than with hip n back pain.

I live in Seattle and we used to turn on the heater at night to 67° but I got so hot, I had to crack the window open every night. We decided to turn of the heater and I don't get hot anymore. I'm used to sleep in underwear so that helps too. Now the only issue is falling asleep and staying asleep :(

I'm glad I'm not the only one! It's tough enough to deal with the uncomforts of pregnancy, but we shouldn't have to be hot as well.

70 how do you not die? I try to keep mine at 66 all the time but I sometimes manage to actually keep that temp during the day. He turns it up at night mostly to 67-68 but I think that is too hot. He would keep it on 70 and still be saying it is cold.

I know about being hot! And we actually keep the house fairly cool. 70 during the day and 67 over night. But I still feel like I'm in an oven! Im 37 weeks so almost done, but Lord! I find myself going outside just to get fresh air!
