How long do I wait to go into the ER for dehydration and pain?

I am 11 weeks pregnant.  I have awful nausea and vomiting (just like with my other pregnancies).  To complicate it, I also have kidney stones causing severe pain and more nausea and vomiting.  I have been to the ER two times in the past week for the dehydration and pain.  I only feel better for a day and then it starts up again...bad.  How do I know when to tough it out at home or go to the ER? I feel like a pain in the butt when I have to go back.

You're pregnant so basically dehydration means you gotta go in... even if you feel like a pain in their butt. Make sure they know you're pregnant  though because my OB said that means they Must hydrate you 100% before release (passing a urine test) vs partially like other people.

If you aren't peeing at least a little every few hours go back. They should be able to give you at least nausea meds.

Try sipping Gatorade or pedialite as they will give you the best shot at avoiding dehydration.
Also maybe call your OB in the morning, sounds like they needs to clear up your kidney stones to keep you and baby healthy.

Feel better soon.
