How long would you advice me to have baby number 2

Hi ladies! So this is my situation I just had a baby a month ago and I wanted some advice about how long I should wait until I think about baby number 2. I don't want to wait too long but at the same time I don't want to rush it. It took us 6 years to have the first bsby and I'm kinda afraid that it will be the same thing with baby 2! I have my 6 week appointment with my obgyn in 2 weeks. I know I should ask about birth control but like I said I'm afraid it will take another 6 years . What do you ladies advice should I go ahead and try for baby 2 or wait

I got pregnant with baby 2 when my first was 9 months old. I was lucky enough to have had a pretty good pregnancy so I didn't feel like being pregnant was hard with looking after the little one and after I had the baby it was easy as I was still changing nappies and having broken sleep etc so the bombshell of a newborn just wasn't really there.

A doctor will tell you to let your body hear first, which is Usually a year. I'm due in August with baby number 2. My daughters will be 20 months apart.  I can't imagine having gotten pregnant sooner., we weren't even trying and we got a surprise!
Enjoy your little one now and try to to worry about baby 2 yet. I have pcos and was told I couldn't have children. We are blessed.
Congratulations on the new baby

There's no right or wrong answer. There 13 months between my first two, a 6 year gap and then baby 3 came I'm now pregnant with number 4 and it's due a week after baby 3s birthday. My first two are the best of friends. And when I became pregnant with number 3 I didn't want her to be alone (like I was my sisters are 18 months apart but I came 6 years later) so we knew we wanted another, I have problems getting pregnant so I've gotten pregnant on the before baby hormones. But this is my last x

If you had a c-section I would wait at least a year for your body to fully heal inside and out. If it was natural, I would maybe when baby is 9 months, so they would be about 18 mos. Apart? I think it may be easier to conceive this time around. I know after having my lo I have been more regular with cycles than I ever was.

Omg my son is 11mnths and #2 due in dec the morning sickness and dealing with my son the house and his father is killer but once the morning sickness hose I should be way better off, now this is just my opinion but I wouldn't mess with birth control since it took so long to conceive your first mainly because birth control mess with your hormones and stays in your body for a period of time my doctor begged me to take the depo I refused I don't need that hurting my chances

I honestly would say take your time because you have to get use to the first one first and see if you could mentally and physically handle two so close together and if you can start working on number two but congrats one the little one :)

My son is 15 months. I will have baby #2 in sep. They will be a year and a half. I think it's going to be really hard because my son is so clingy to me. And he doesn't like my in laws. He does however love my parents and they are very willing to help out.

Honestly my daughter is 16 months old. She walking and talking were having baby #2 and I find it more easier that's she old . if you were to get pregnant now it would be so hard that's what I think anyways.
