I am only 7 weeks pregnant, but am finding that I cannot go an hour without eating or I will feel utterly drained and nauseous. Has anyone else experienced this?
I am worried that I am going to pack on the pounds, especially since I am too tired to exercise. Typically I am a fit person and this is really unsettling.

Ditto here. I'm at 11 weeks, FTM, and I'm starving like all the time! But I've found that having small snacks on healthy things every so often helps a ton. I agree with 3mama2014 its about making healthy choices. I haven't added any pounds yet, maybe cuz of smaller portions had more frequently?
