Im scared

So I'm 5 months pregnant and these red sores popped on my lip outta no where . They seem like they get worst when my lips are dry . My boyfriend just got tested for herpes so I'm sure it's not that . but these bumps are concerning me .,.My face is breaking out and I only have 1 sore that actually hurts ...Any suggestions ? I visit my doctor tommrow for an ultrasound and glucose test but I still am freaking out .

I always get eczema every summer on my elbows and knees. Well this summer was different and I didnt get it at all until a few days ago and its a huge patch on my foot!! Pregnancy does weird things to your body, certainly get it checked out but dont freak about it too much! I freaked about this eczema but I thought it was something else ( i cant remember the name of it but its when your liver bile isnt being absorbed and your feet get EXTREMLY itchy and blotchy) but then the eczema symptoms that I'm used too so it eased my mind.

I get mild facial eczema around my nostrils when pregnant (just looks a little red) and it flares up when my immunity is low (sore and looks like tiny pimples/red rash). Could just be eczema? But maybe get tested just in case...
