Indigestion????suggestions please
Ladies please advice me.
For the last week indigestion has been driving me crazy.
Its causing me to throw up. Im struggeling to eat and drink. Everything seems to aggrevate it. I want to try natural remedies before i opt for meds.
Any advice with what can help.??

If you cant find a natural solution, tums is the only thing that made mine go away and it was Dr recommended.

Hi there, my suggestion is try and limit iron and fibre intake, if I eat weetabix or shreddies etc... My heartburn is really bad. When not pregnant I have to take 1 mepredec a day while pregnant I need 2 as my heartburn goes through the roof. Milk helps die it down, but if you're getting it bad enough you're throwing up, I would suggest seeing your healthcare provider as it can burn your throat and cause things like larengitis (this happened to me it sucked).
