Inducing Labour

How many of you went through induction and it worked out perfectly? Mine was terrible. I ended up getting an emergency C-section I had not planned and no one explained to me what the issue was. Has anyone experienced this? And were you given any explanation? I'm pregnant with my second kid and worried about C-sections. I was really terrified.

I was induced with my first daughter at 39 and 2 days due a slip and fall. Minus having broken my tail bone and it cause her distress, everything went smoothly. Healthy and happy 19 month old now!

I was induced with my first daughter because I was already 4 centimeters opened but my water didn't break and then I had my daughter 2 hours later.

I've been induced 3 times, 1st and 2nd time was with the oxytocin drip and 3rd was just breaking my waters. I suffer with obstetric cholestasis so need to be induced early. They were all successful delivery's and longest was 3hrs, quickest was 5 minutes lol good luck

I was induced as well with my first. I had a normal delivery and was 14 hours start to finish. But I had severe tearing from pushing my son out in 15 mins of active labour. I'm currently 8 weeks with my second and I pray it doesn't happen again. Induction was a very painfull and unnatural way to labour. I hope you get to experience vaginal labour and can skip the c section this time.

I got induced with my first daughter at38 weeks because my bag had a hole in it and was leaking. Everything went very smoothly. Hope the best for u girl

I was given an induction at 38 weeks and they used as what I can only dos robe the feeling is a cardboard tampon lol. I received that at 8pm then had my son at 6:30am the next morning. I was not dilated at all when they started. And I had a pretty smooth yet painful birth.

I was induced at 37 weeks and developed HELLP and was rushed to a cs.
However, I have a close friend that's been induced three time with natural delivery all three times.
